The Bforth app, is an all in one, on-demand application that provides multiple services at no cost to its users. The software connects both partners, offering services on the platform to users that would patronise their services. In essence, it serves as a bridge between both parties involved.
What services do I get access to?
You are entitled to a total of nine services. With some, coming with perks and benefits. For example, when your ride with Bforth, your first two rides are FREE. Being an indigenous platform, it is much cheaper than our rivals.
How do I get started?
By downloading the application, specifically the Bforth Services app for your specific operating system.
Is my money safe?
The Bforth application provides you with a wallet feature. We are fully aware of the risks associated with online payments and transactions. Therefore, we provided an integrated wallet to secure your transactions.
How light is the application?
Our application’s binary size is under twenty-megabytes and does not exceed the fifty megabytes mark, despite storage and caching involved. This is quite unique, considering most applications offering a single service, consumes system memory and CPU resources.
Is there an offline mode?
Unfortunately, you cannot make use of our app without available internet connection. As our app is lightweight, it requires internet connection to make requests to our server and database to reflect the necessary information and services you require.
What does the healthcare service entail?
Our healthcare service provides the following: Orthopaedic, Geriatric, Neurological, Trichology care. Including care for sport injuries and, most importantly a general consultation.
How good is Bforth Food?
We have a collection of your favourite meals from verified restaurants within the capital. Our partners, we can guarantee prepare quality meals to satisfy our customers.
Can I be a Partner and User?
Definitely. We have a lot of partners that make use of our services application, from deliveries, ordering rides and ordering their meals online. You could easily download the two applications. Bear in mind that both are very much lightweight.
Why am I not getting a driver?
Possibly there are no available drivers within your area, or they are busy finishing up a ride. You could always place a call to our customer care line to order.
Can I call to order for a delivery?
Yes. You may find using our app more convenient. Or if you do not have access to install our application, you could call into our office lines to place an order.
