The Bforth application offers a wide range of services to its users. One of them, which is active and in full swing, is our delivery services, known as Bforth logistics. We offer flexible and affordable logistics services primarily within Abuja, facilitated by well equipped, and experienced riders.

We always strive to ensure the safe delivery of our customer’s packages.

How to place an Order

You could place an order for a delivery through our application, as it is fully supported or by calling in to order. In this blog, I will be walking you through process of making an order for a delivery using our application.

STEP 1
Download the Bforth services application from the google play store. If you use an IOS device, download the application from the app store. Do not download our app from any unofficial third-party source to avoid malicious attacks, viruses or malware.

STEP 2
Open up the Bforth services app. Create an account. Supply the necessary details. If you have an account already, simply login to use the platform. Ensure you are connected to the internet.

STEP 3
Navigate to the “truck” icon on our application, to proceed to make a delivery. As seen below. We’re getting there!

STEP 4
You will be redirected and prompted to complete three steps to secure your delivery. Enter in the correct pickup address (where you want us to pick the item up from) including the drop point (where it should be delivered.) Select the delivery vehicle. You are provided the option of a hatchback or motorcycle.

STEP 5
Select whether you want an instant or immediate delivery, or a scheduled delivery for later. We are going to use the later booking.

STEP 6
On the next page, you will be requested to add details according to drop points. Select the equipment you would be shipping and include their product images. Also include the receiver’s name, number, quantity, additional notes, then proceed.

STEP 7
On step three, you would be able to review the charges, base fare, total estimate. You could add payment methods, such as credit card or cash. You could also apply a coupon code.

That should be all! You have officially placed an order using our app easily. You could also place an order by calling our customer care lines as well. If you have any issues with our delivery services, or applications, do well to reach out to us.
